Job summary

Catholic Health is seeking an Auditor/Educator to work with CH coding staff, clinicians, and CDI leadership to ensure coding accuracy and data integrity for billing and reporting.

You will audit coded records using Intelicode or similar tools, provide education on quarterly coding updates, mentor new staff, and help standardize Epic and other EHR workflows across sites. Travel to multiple locations is required.

Qualifications

• CPC, COC, RHIT, CCS, or CCS-P are required.
• CPMA certification required.
• Minimum three years of multi-specialty coding experience using CPT/ICD-10-CM guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits using Intelicode or other software to ensure coding accuracy.
• Provide timely education and feedback on quarterly coding updates.
• Mentor new coding staff and lead designated projects.
• Assist with coding standardization for Epic and other EHR systems.
• May be assigned coding tasks to meet departmental needs.
