Job summary

RELI Group, an organization partnering with government agencies, seeks a Lead Senior Coder QA to manage complex coding validation and RADV-compliant reviews. You will provide QA feedback, act as escalation for coding questions, and lead a team of up to 15 coders ensuring accuracy, productivity, and confidentiality.

The role requires a certified medical coder with at least five years of ICD-9/ICD-10-CM experience, strong leadership, and the ability to train staff while maintaining 95% IRR

Qualifications

• Certified medical coder with US credentialing.
• Minimum of five (5) years of abstracting and ICD-9/ICD-10-CM coding experience in hospital and physician records.
• Ability to lead and train medical record reviewers; acts as Master Coder for projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform primary and secondary coding validation review of inpatient, outpatient, and physician office records per RADV guidelines.
• Perform medical record dispute and appeal reviews per RADV guidelines.
• Oversee team of up to 15 coders; provide guidance and training.
