Connecticut Institute for Communities, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead to oversee key components of the revenue cycle, including internal and outsourced billing, and financial & insurance assistance.

You will align workflows for accurate revenue capture and ensure timely access to insurance enrollment and financial counseling for patients. The role requires leadership, strong analytical skills, and experience in healthcare billing.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of experience in medical billing.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in healthcare financial assistance, insurance enrollment, patient billing, collections, or revenue-related operations.

Aufgaben

• Revenue Cycle Oversight: primary internal liaison between CIFC Health and outsourced billing vendor; monitor metrics and ensure compliant revenue capture.
• Internal Billing Oversight: oversee self-pay, sliding fee, and non-insurance billing; ensure accurate statements and payments.
• Financial & Insurance Assistance (FIA) Team Leadership: supervise FIA team; ensure access to Medicaid, ACA, and state programs; patient financial counseling.
