Connecticut Institute for Communities, Inc. seeks a Team Lead to oversee critical revenue cycle components, including internal and outsourced billing, and FIA services.

You will supervise staff, ensure timely access to insurance enrollment, and maintain strong controls across billing activities. The role requires leadership and analytical skills, experience in healthcare billing, and a commitment to compliant, patient-centered care.

Competenze

• Fluency in English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret revenue cycle and patient billing reports.
• Experience working with diverse populations.

Mansioni

• Oversee revenue cycle oversight, including internal and outsourced billing and FIA services.
• Monitor performance metrics, denial trends, AR aging, and collections.
• Coordinate with vendor and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and compliance.
• Supervise FIA team and ensure eligibility determinations and documentation are compliant.
• Promote patient access while maintaining financial stewardship and audit readiness.
