Job summary

HealthPoint is seeking a Back Office Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our clinic. You will coordinate staffing, ensure policy adherence, and lead a team of Medical Assistants in a compassionate, high-quality care setting.

The role requires completing an accredited Medical Assistant program and maintaining WA MA certification, with strong Microsoft Office and EHR skills. This is a full-time, on-site position within Washington state.

Qualifications

• Certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Active Washington State Medical Assistant Certification, or an Active Washington State Interim Certification.
• Maintain current certification/licensure as a Medical Assistant in WA.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook, and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily back office operations and staffing for clinic.
• Hire, coach, and develop Back Office staff; provide performance management.
• Ensure adherence to clinical processes and policies; lead meetings and projects.
