Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Vancouver, WA, seeks an MA Supervisor to lead medical assistants and care teams in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You will supervise, train, and evaluate staff, ensure clinical quality measures, patient flow, and customer service standards using the AIDET model.

Requires active MA-C or LPN license in Washington, at least 2 years ambulatory care experience with supervisory responsibilities, and BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

Active MA-C license or LPN license in Washington State.
Minimum 2 years ambulatory care experience; supervisory experience required.
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
BLS/CPR required (or within 90 days of hire)
Fast-paced outpatient setting. May require occasional travel to other clinic locations.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and evaluate medical assistants and clinical support staff.
Ensure clinical quality measures, infection control, and regulatory standards are met.
Support patient flow and provider productivity (18–21 patients per provider/day).
Manage staffing schedules, huddles, referrals, phone messages, and patient grievances.
Assist with clinical care, procedures, injections, and patient assessments as needed.
Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and support quality improvement efforts.
Promote excellent customer service using the AIDET model.
