Job summary

Tufts Medicine in Massachusetts is seeking a Medical Assistant to support outpatient clinic operations. You will prepare patient rooms, take vitals, assist physicians, and document in the EMR to ensure smooth patient flow and quality care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Controls and monitors patient flow in outpatient setting to maximize efficiency.
• Prepares medical records and collects patient data and vital signs.
• Provides high level customer service and maintains a safe, clean patient environment.
• Assists providers with examinations and procedures as needed.
• Maintains and organizes supplies and EMR documentation.
• Trains and orients new staff and may precept students.
• Covers satellite locations as needed.
