Qualifications

• Associate degree from a USDE/CHEA-accredited institution.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program (USDE/CHEA) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of full-time clinical healthcare experience.
• Prior classroom or clinical instruction experience.
• Active CMA or RMA certification/registration as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum implementation and accreditation documentation.
• Conduct on-site externship site qualifications and student visits.
• Mentor faculty and assist with onboarding of new hires.
• Facilitate advisory board meetings and communicate outcomes.
• Lead lectures and clinical demonstrations (phlebotomy, injections, EKGs, vitals).
• Grade student work and provide academic counseling.
• Support student retention and certification outcomes.
