Job summary

Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant to promote a professional, welcoming atmosphere and support the clinical team across multiple location. You will assist physicians in dermatology and cosmetic procedures, prep exam rooms, and help manage daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a dermatology/medical setting, fluency with EMR and scheduling software, and strong communication and multitasking skills. Weekday and weekend shifts available; benefits included.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a dermatology/medical environment preferred.
• Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.
• Must be computer savvy with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent patient relations and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and maintain professionalism and office presence.
• Assist physician in medical, cosmetic, allergy, and/or laser procedures and prep rooms.
• Supervise day-to-day clinical operations and ensure adherence to policies.
• Audit consumables, inventory and lab records weekly to maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and continued education for medical staff.
