The Ohio State University Physicians, Inc. is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant to support clinic operations and patient care. This role will model, train, and supervise clinical staff across daily tasks and patient interactions.

You will demonstrate strong clinical skills, leadership, and communication to promote high-quality, compassionate care and efficiency in a busy outpatient setting. Experience with EMR is preferred and internal growth is encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Leads the day to day work and productivity of patient care staff.
• Advise and assist staff on problem solving patient/customer concerns; as well as address issues associated with clinic operations.
• Performs specialized medical procedures of a routine nature, as dictated by established clinical protocol.
• Serves as clinical preceptor to enhance training and improve any skill deficiency amongst staff.
• Aids management in scheduling, daily work assignments, hiring, training, engagement, performance management, and identifying areas for service or operational improvement.
