• Experience as EPIC SuperUser and preceptor.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives and project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to ensure quality care and efficient cross-functional problem solving.
• Oversee and lead activities of clinical staff; ensure safety and compliance with policies.
• Train new clinical staff and promote clinical quality and safety standards.
• Facilitate patient flow and EMR documentation; maintain accurate records.
