Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant or Emergency Medical training program.
• Current CMA, CMOA, or EMT certification preferred.
• At least one year of Medical Assistant experience or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for scheduling, staff coverage, and patient care.
• Lead staff training and maintain training documentation (Relias).
• Perform routine medical assistant duties in clinic and mobile units.
• Obtain vital signs, oversee screenings, and document in EMR.
• Assist with venipuncture, phlebotomy, and point-of-care testing.
• Support coordination with patients, families, and community partners.
• Maintain CPR and CMA/CMOA/EMT certifications; ensure safety and compliance.
