Phoenix Senior Living is seeking a Lead Med Tech to join our team in Jasper, AL. The role includes monitoring residents’ health, providing leadership in care delivery, and supporting medication administration and documentation across wellness tasks.

The ideal candidate is a certified Medication Aide with leadership capabilities, experienced in assisted living or dementia care, and available to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours to meet peak service needs.

Competenze

Must be a certified Medication Aide and/or meet state requirements for medication aide.
Minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred.
Must have demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living, Dementia care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

Mansioni

Monitor health and wellbeing of residents and lead, demonstrate and support wellness components.
Assist with medication care administration and documentation.
Communicate with resident support services and families, and maintain clinical quality assurance.
Inform Wellness/Executive Directors of changes in medication or service levels that may affect care tier or move-out decisions.
Assist with weights and vital signs monthly and with wellness visits as needed.
