Community Name in Jasper, GA, is seeking a Lead Med Tech to join their team. You will monitor residents’ health, lead care tasks, and support wellness initiatives while ensuring medication administration quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include assisting with monthly wellness visits, updating PSPs, recording vital signs, and communicating changes to leadership. Weekend/evening flexibility and a compassionate approach are essential.

Competenze

• Must be a certified Medication Aide and/or meet state requirements for medication aide.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living, dementia care, or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours during peak service days/times.

• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing and provide leadership support.
• Assist with medication care/administration and documentation.
• Coordinate with Wellness Nurse/Director on monthly wellness visits and PSP updates.
• Inform leadership of changes in medication or services affecting care tier or moves.
• Assist with obtaining weights and vital signs monthly prior to wellness visits.
• Provide resident care as needed.
