The Phoenix at Lake Joy is seeking Med Techs / Certified Medication Aides to join our team in Warner Robins, GA. The role includes monitoring resident health, administering medications, and providing leadership in resident care. Shift details: Mon-Fri; every other weekend.

Responsibilities include supporting Wellness Nurses, maintaining PSP documentation, and communicating changes to directors. Candidates should be certified medication aides with at least one year of elder/dementia care

Competenze

• Must be a certified Medication Aide (or meet state requirements)
• Minimum 1 year of elder/dementia care preferred
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Experience in Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing preferred

Mansioni

• Identify ongoing needs and services of residents through the PSP process
• Ensure proper follow-through and documentation for changes in clinical care
• Assist Wellness Nurse with monthly wellness visits and PSP documentation
• Inform Wellness/Executive Directors of medication or service level changes
• Assist with obtaining weights and vital signs monthly
• Provide resident care assistance as needed
