The Pearl at Watkins Centre is seeking Med Techs to join their team, providing medication administration and resident care. The role includes monitoring health, leading wellness activities, and coordinating with families and support services.

Candidates must be a certified Medication Aide with at least one year of elder care experience, demonstrate leadership, and be available weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.

Formación

• Must be certified Medication Aide and/or meet the state requirements for medication aide.
• A minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred.
• Must have demonstrated Leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing, preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours, available to our customers at peak service delivery days and times.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors the health and well-being of residents and provides leadership support.
• Performs medication care assistance/administration.
• Maintains clinical quality assurance while leading wellness elements of the program.
• Communicates with resident support services and families.
• Supports the Wellness Nurse with wellness visits and PSP documentation.
