The Pearl at Dallas is seeking a Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide to join our care team. Responsibilities include monitoring residents, assisting with medication administration, and supporting wellness initiatives for focused resident care.

Candidates should be a Certified Medication Aide with at least one year of elder care experience, demonstrate leadership, and be able to work weekends and flexible hours.

Competenze

• Must be certified Medication Aide or meet state requirements
• Minimum of one year experience working with elders or disabled individuals
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Knowledge/experience in Assisted Living or Dementia care or Skilled Nursing preferred
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours

Mansioni

• Monitor health and well-being of residents and provide leadership support in resident care
• Assist with medication care/administration and communicate with resident support services and families
• Maintain clinical quality assurance and support wellness components of care programs
• Lead and support all elements of wellness and ensure accurate monthly PSP and care documentation
• Obtain weights and vital signs monthly for residents prior to monthly wellness visits
• Assist with resident care as needed
