The Pearl at East Cobb is seeking Med Techs to join our team. Full-Time (1st/2nd shifts) and Part-Time (1st/2nd/3rd shifts) positions are available to support residents with medication administration and wellness services.

As a Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide, you will monitor health, document care, and communicate with families. Requires certification and experience with elders; weekend/evening availability is needed.

Competenze

• Must be certified Medication Aide per state requirements.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living or Dementia care (preferred).
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.

Mansioni

• Monitor residents' health status and administer medications per care plan.
• Document care and medication administration accurately in charts.
• Communicate with Wellness Nurse, Executive Director, and families as needed.
• Assist with monthly wellness visits and Personal Service Plans (PSP) for residents.
• Identify changes in resident conditions and escalate to leadership as required.

Formazione

Certified Medication Aide

1 year elder care experience (preferred)

Leadership capabilities

Assisted Living / Dementia care experience (preferred)
