Job summary

The Pearl at Dallas, part of Phoenix Senior Living, is seeking Med Techs to join their team! This role focuses on medication care and resident well-being in an assisted living setting.

You will monitor residents, assist with medication administration, and collaborate with wellness staff and families, supporting all wellness components of Phoenix programs. Experience with elders and leadership is preferred, with weekend/evening flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must be certified Medication Aide and meet state requirements.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals.
• Demonstrated Leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living or Dementia care preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Med Tech monitors health and well-being of residents.
• Provides medication care assistance/administration.
• Communicates with resident support services and families.
• Maintains clinical quality assurance while leading wellness components.
• Supports all elements of wellness within Phoenix programs.
