Job summary

RK Industries in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Mechanical Project Foreman – Sheet Metal to lead field crews on complex mechanical construction projects, from installation through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and customers, mentor apprentices, and drive performance with hands-on leadership, preventing rework and delivering crafted metalwork with accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading field crews on commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, installation, and code requirements.
• Commitment to safety and quality with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Provide practical and technical leadership for all project work.
• Coordinate onsite activities of RK field personnel and subcontractors.
• Develop and execute a Master Plan to support delivery.
• Manage daily/weekly schedules to meet milestones.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain high standards of quality craftsmanship.
• Partner with Project Management and Supervision teams for planning.
• Support workforce development through training and coaching.
