Job summary

Sensori Group in the United States is seeking a Mechanical Engineer — Site Delivery to lead on-site delivery of HVAC, piping and associated systems for complex projects. You translate design intent into buildable solutions, supervise BIM coordination and ensure safety and quality from mobilization through handover.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong collaboration with design and delivery teams, and the ability to manage cost, schedule and resource constraints on site in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years on construction or installation projects with MEP or mechanical contractors
• Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, enclosures and mounting systems
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD and capable of fabrication drawings/isometrics
• Experience with Primavera or MS Project and project reporting systems
• Familiar with cost control, variations and valuations
• Solid QHSE knowledge and ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical systems design, coordination and installation across the package.
• Coordinate with client teams, main contractors and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Review IFC drawings to ensure installation-ready BIM outputs.
• Lead BIM coordination and ensure design intent is delivered on site.
• Establish and maintain safety, QA and site documentation.
• Provide weekly progress reports, cost tracking and procurement coordination.
