Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in the Atlanta area seeks a lead designer to supervise a team of designers and deliver mechanical and piping deliverables on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in mechanical/piping drafting, strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation, and experience mentoring staff. This is an on-site role with cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in mechanical/piping drafting and design.
• Experience supervising designers.
• SPED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and piping design deliverables.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Prepare installation specs and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards.
