Job summary

PC Construction is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to lead multiple crews on self-perform projects across the Mid-Atlantic. You will manage field teams, interpret drawings, plan schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors on a daily basis.

Ideal candidates have at least three years as a mechanical foreman, six years installing flanged piping systems, and experience with large-diameter aboveground ductile iron piping for wastewater treatment. Willingness to assist with ancillary metals is required.

Qualifications

• Three years experience as a mechanical foreman.
• Six years of overall experience with installation of flanged piping systems.
• Experience with large diameter aboveground flanged ductile iron piping systems.
• Installation of process equipment for wastewater treatment plants.
• Willingness to assist with ancillary work such as miscellaneous metals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the crew.
• Read and interpret drawings, perform material take-off, and order materials.
• Plan and schedule the work for the crew, daily, weekly, and monthly, coordinating subcontractors.
• Work with tools when needed, and train/mentor.
• Travel to jobsites as required.
