Job summary

Secretariat in the United States is seeking a highly qualified mechanical/aerospace engineer to join our Global Engineering Sciences team and tackle complex failure analyses across automotive, construction, consumer products, consumer electronics, and medical devices.

You will perform laboratory tests, analyze data, and draft detailed technical reports, collaborating with clients worldwide to drive safety and performance improvements. This role rewards analytical rigor and clear communication.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS with significant engineering experience in mechanical/aerospace domains.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and technical software.
• Experience with FEA/CFD/MBD or similar tools is a plus.
• Second language proficiency is a plus.
