Qualifications

• PhD or MS with relevant engineering expertise and experience in failure analysis

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands‑on failure analysis investigations
• Perform laboratory tests
• Assist with field inspections
• Assist with client communications across time zones
• Perform technical analysis and draft report sections
• Analyze technical reports and develop rebuttal points
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and clients
• Maintain attention to detail to meet project milestones
• Manage workload to achieve milestones within budgets
• Contribute to growth of Secretariat’s Mechanical Engineering practice by recruiting staff
• Provide project management and budget oversight
