Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to guide the design of mechanical and electro-mechanical parts for energy-related products, including renewable energy and data center markets.

You will mentor a team of designers and engineers, ensure schedules are met, and drive design standards across projects. The role requires 8+ years of experience in mechanical design, strong CAD skills, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience; 10 years of product design experience preferred.
• Strong CAD skills with 2D/3D design experience and familiarity with mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of their engineering team.
• Provides coaching and development opportunities for their team through regular interactions.
• Develops the design scope and timeline for their discipline within engineering projects.
• Responsible for meeting project requirements and timelines.
• Research, create, and update engineering design standards to promote best practices.
• Supports the design of mechanical components and sub-systems for power/low voltage products.
• Performs complex design calculations to ensure compliance with project requirements.
