TEEMA is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer (PE) to lead a team of 6–7 engineers designing HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial buildings. The role offers hybrid work with 3 onsite days and 2 remote days.

The candidate will mentor staff, oversee projects across sectors such as retail, offices, higher education, and aviation, and collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• Strong commercial mechanical engineering experience; low-rise buildings preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
• Leadership experience or readiness to advance into management.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
