Job summary

Lynn Rodens is seeking a lead mechanical engineer to mentor a team of 6–7 engineers while designing HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial buildings. You will oversee projects across retail, office, higher education, and aviation, ensuring design quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires a PE license and strong commercial mechanical experience; low-rise building experience is preferred. Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD is expected, plus leadership and excellent

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6–7 engineers while designing HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial buildings. Oversee projects across retail, office, higher education, and aviation, improve design efficiency and cost control, and collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements: A Professional Engineer (PE) license and strong commercial mechanical engineering experience are required, with low-rise building experience preferred. Candidates should be proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD, and have leadership experience or readiness to advance into management, along with strong communication and client relationship skills.
