Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer (PE) to lead a 6–7 person engineering team designing HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial buildings. The position offers an ESOP environment, professional growth, and a hybrid work arrangement in Boise, ID; Denver, CO; or Sacramento, CA.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, strong leadership, and experience with Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD. You will mentor staff, oversee projects, and collaborate with clients and multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• Strong commercial mechanical engineering experience; low-rise buildings preferred.
• Leadership experience or readiness to advance into management.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop mechanical engineering staff.
• Design HVAC and plumbing systems, including air handlers, chillers, cooling towers, and compressors.
