Qualifications

• BA/BS or MA/MS in related field; 3+ years experience.
• Registered PE certification required.
• HVAC system design experience for commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, aviation, hospitality, or high-rise.
• Experience with sustainable building design (LEED or similar).

Responsibilities

• Design and support Mission Critical HVAC systems for data centers.
• Model airflow and thermal performance using CFD; evaluate scenarios.
• Perform cooling load calculations and equipment sizing.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and present options to stakeholders.
• Lead QA/QC and supervise design documentation development.
• Mentor staff and conduct internal training when needed.
