Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, thermal, and structural design capabilities for complex electromechanical products.
• Advanced SolidWorks production-design skills and SolidWorks PDM experience.
• Working proficiency with ANSYS Mechanical/WorkBench.
• Thermal-management experience with heatsinks and liquid cooling.
• Environmental qualification, tolerance analysis, root-cause investigation experience.
• 7+ years of related product-development experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical architecture and detailed design of amplifier chassis and interfaces.
• Develop production-ready SolidWorks models, drawings, and BOMs.
• Own thermal designs for high-power electronics and cooling solutions.
• Use ANSYS Fluent and ANSYS Mechanical to evaluate performance.
• Translate requirements into traceable mechanical and environmental specs.
• Develop environmental qualification and verification testing.
• Collaborate with teams, suppliers, and program stakeholders.
