Job summary

Teledyne Microwave Solutions is seeking a Lead Mechanical Design engineer to architect and drive high‑reliability RF hardware from concept to production. You will lead a team, set standards, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to deliver rugged hardware for aerospace and defense applications.

The role requires 15+ years of mechanical design experience, strong CAD and analysis skills, and a background in RF or electronics packaging. U.S. citizenship and security clearance are required.

What you’ll do

Salary Range: $177,500.00-$236,600.000 Pay Transparency The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
