Upscale, Inc. is building high-performance AI infrastructure with global deployment. We seek a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer to lead cross-functional mechanical design of low-cost, high-quality network enclosure systems, collaborating with HW/EEs, SI, and suppliers.

Expect leadership, deep thermal expertise, and hands-on design in a fast-growing AI hardware environment. Role requires extensive experience in mechanical enclosure design, DFM/ DFA, and a proven track record delivering

Qualificações

• Lead mechanical design for high-end network enclosure systems.
• Apply DFM/ DFA principles to deliver low-cost, high-quality designs.
• Collaborate with HW EE, SI, mechanical/thermal engineers, operations and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mechanical design of liquid ORV3 cooled systems and heat sinks.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• From feasibility to production, manage the mechanical development process including CAD, prototyping, testing, and release.
• Collaborate across electrical, software, manufacturing, and product teams to ensure successful integration.
• Engage with suppliers and contract manufacturers to optimize cost and manufacturability.
