Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball in Oklahoma is seeking a Mechanical Construction Superintendent to lead multiple large field projects. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, owners, and GC's, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while managing crews and subcontractors.

The role requires 12+ years in commercial construction, at least 5 years in field supervision, strong communication, and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Vocational/Technical degree in related field is preferred.
• 12+ years in commercial construction.
• Minimum of 5 years in field supervision.
• Willingness to travel if required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction management means and methods.
• Ability to read plans, drawings, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple job sites and own project installation.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and division directors to meet schedules and budgets.
• Conduct pre-construction planning and safety orientation for teams.
• Inspect progress for compliance with plans and standards.
• Develop look-ahead schedules and monitor progress.
• Hold weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors.
