U.S. Engineering Innovations seeks a Superintendent to lead on-site mechanical installations, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality while managing field teams and project budgets. This role requires strong communication and a hands-on approach to drive outcomes.

You will interpret drawings and guide subcontractors to maintain progress across sites. This position travels to multiple states, supports project profitability, and uses digital workflows for documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry.
• Prior experience assisting with project management or field leadership preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science Management, Architectural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical assistance, interpret drawings, and recommend construction methods and equipment.
• Build relationships with the project team and provide leadership and guidance.
• Ensure project profitability through field performance and site expenditures.
• Assess risk factors to meet safety, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Complete paperwork, leveraging digital workflows where possible.
