Job summary

U.S. Engineering Innovations is seeking a Superintendent to deliver successful mechanical installation projects across multiple states.

You will oversee on-site administrative and technical management of field activities to ensure safety, schedule, and quality while driving project profitability. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Science Management, Architectural or Mechanical Engineering, at least 5 years in mechanical construction, and the ability to work 5pm to 3am.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Science Management, Architectural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical construction.
• Must be able to work 5pm to 3am shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the project team, providing leadership and guidance.
• Responsible for project profitability through field performance and site expenditures.
• Assess risk factors to meet safety, schedule and quality expectations.
• Complete paperwork, though many processes are digital.
