Qualifications

• Experience coordinating large commercial mechanical construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Balance time between office and job site.
• Manage projects from beginning to close out, ensuring on-time completion and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with building owners, general contractors, sub-contractors, vendors and internal leadership.
• Manage schedules, budgets, change-orders, submit RFIs.
