McKinstry is seeking a Senior Construction Project Engineer for our New Construction Mechanical INW team in Spokane, WA. You’ll assist with project management, fiscal performance, and on-site coordination across client, subcontractors, vendors and trades.

Requirements include a BA/BS in Construction Management or related field and at least two years of progressive project experience. Proficiency in MS Office and project controls is expected; PE/LEED designations are a plus.

• 2 years of progressive project responsibilities in a Project Engineer role
• Proficiency in construction management processes and financials
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project; SharePoint preferred

Responsabilidades

• Serve as on-site point of contact for client, subcontractors, vendors and field personnel
• Assist in RFP process and development of Scope of Work for subcontractors
• Coordinate equipment procurement with purchasing department and vendors
• Oversee scheduling and coordination of trades
• Assist with project controls: review subcontractor billing, draft subcontract/purchasing agreements, assist with client billings
