Job summary

TrueBuild Partners LLC is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager in Sandy Springs, GA to lead end-to-end mechanical construction projects, including piping, HVAC, and industrial equipment installations. Strong candidate will own planning through closeout, coordinating with field teams and design partners.

Bachelor’s degrees in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering are preferred, with knowledge of HVAC systems and CM software (P6/MS Project).

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction (piping, HVAC, or industrial equipment) up to senior level.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and piping systems; field coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical construction projects end-to-end, including materials/equipment ordering, subcontracting, billing, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
• Coordinate with field leadership and project teams to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Review fabrication shop drawings, material take-offs, and labor budgets; monitor contract scope and conditions.
• Support estimating and business development across plan/spec, design‑assist, and design‑build projects.
