Job summary

Thomson Power Systems, part of Regal Rexnord, seeks an experienced Lead Mechanical Assembler to provide technical leadership for the mechanical assembly operations supporting our switchgear and power distribution products. This onsite role is based at the Arlington facility.

You will balance hands-on assembly with coaching, troubleshooting and process improvement to develop assembler capability and establish best-in-class practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, torque equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of mechanical assembly operations.
• Coach and train assemblers on standards and procedures.
• Support production goals and schedules.
• Promote first-pass quality and problem solving.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
