Sanmina Corporation in San Jose, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead to keep the production assembly cell engaged and meet daily demand. You will train new team members and supervise operations using hand/power tools, fixtures, and test equipment, while leveraging Sanmina MES, Google apps, and Excel to track parts and report production.

• 4+ years of experience leading teams or projects.
• Background in lean manufacturing and continuous process improvement.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
