Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in San Jose, CA, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer for System Integration. You will develop tooling, processes, and documentation to enable repeatable manufacturing in a fast-paced environment and work closely with cross-functional teams including quality and engineering.

The role requires extensive knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ, ISO13485, and proficiency with Agile, Oracle and MES. Lean Six Sigma experience is preferred, and AutoCad skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 8 years experience supporting system integration or equivalent in a medical device environment
• ISO13485 knowledge is desired
• IQ/OQ/PQ protocols development and execution is a must
• Working knowledge of Agile, Oracle and MES
• AutoCad proficiency
• Lean Six Sigma certification and/or training desired

Responsibilities

• Develop tooling, processes and documentation for System Integration in a fast-paced environment
• Create Manufacturing Process Instructions with sufficient details to support repeatable manufacturing
• Configure BOMs/routings; develop IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols; submit ECO/PCOs in Agile and manage labor estimates in Oracle
• Provide DFA/DFM feedback to customers and train personnel responsible for product integration
• Coordinate time study, line setup, line balancing/line capacity and other process-improvement projects; support MES and write reports
