You will lead technical tasks, maintain records, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Five years of maintenance experience, CMMS proficiency, and a valid driver’s license are required; CMRT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in the maintenance utilities or industrial equipment setting.
• Two years of experience working on pumps, motors and other equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions.
• Proficient in the use of CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance on water treatment plants and related facilities equipment.
• Lubricate equipment, check for malfunctions; replace packing in pumps or valves; replace bearings in motors, pumps and other equipment.
• Tune engines, set valve clearance, clean and adjust regulators; examine equipment failures to identify causes.
• Perform other duties including painting, cleaning, and plumbing tasks as required; assist in keeping maintenance records.
• Ensure safety, health and well-being of the team.
