Carter Machinery Co. Inc. is seeking a Mechanic Technician Lead to oversee service assignments, provide technical guidance to technicians, and uphold safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.

You will monitor progress, prioritize workloads, and ensure timely completion of service tasks while promoting teamwork and a positive customer experience. The role requires leadership abilities and strong mechanical aptitude.

Formación

• Must have at least five years’ experience with heavy construction equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate technicians to meet factory and customer service standards.
• Oversee daily workloads and maintenance priorities.
• Perform regular maintenance and emergency troubleshooting repairs.
• Prepare documentation including work orders, parts lists, and time cards.
• Ensure safe, efficient service and maintain positive customer relationships.
