Ideal candidates will have a CDL, DOT air brake certification, and at least two years of heavy truck repair experience, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL and DOT certification for air brakes and annual inspections.
• Two years of practical experience in heavy truck repair; training programs completed.
• Must meet safety-sensitive criteria according to Company standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment using industry standard methods.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records.
• Schedule and complete preventive maintenance per guidelines.
• Maintain safe and clean shop facility.
• Review DVIR reports and perform repairs as needed.
• Provide accurate labor hours for each product line.
• Diagnose and repair operational difficulties with vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain and repair heavy diesel, gas and electric equipment and vehicles.
• Complete reports and work orders; order parts as required.
