Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ownership of a sufficient selection of hand and air/electric tools
• Ability to drive and operate multiple types of vehicles and equipment
• Demonstrated mastery of Mechanic B and C-level tasks
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, propane, and fuel systems
• Proficiency with computerized diagnostic tools and fleet management systems

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet maintenance and schedule preventative maintenance.
• Operate and test equipment to ensure quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs independently.
• Diagnose and repair engines, hydraulics, electrical and fuel systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and calibrate systems.
• Enter and review work orders and part ordering.
• Assist in training Mechanic C and B technicians.
• Provide timely service reports and logs.
