Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions Inc. seeks a senior engineer to lead the development of Satellite Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for spacecraft, ground systems, payloads, and cross‑system interfaces in an MBSE environment.

You will develop interface diagrams, data dictionaries, and command/telemetry mappings, and coordinate ICWGs while aligning models with technical baselines and regulatory requirements. On-site work in a secure facility is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 8+ years in satellite systems, spacecraft, or aerospace engineering.
• 5+ years MBSE experience.
• 5+ years DoD program experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop ICDs, interface diagrams, data dictionaries, and telemetry mappings for spacecraft, ground systems, payloads, and cross‑system interfaces.
• Lead Interface Control Working Groups (ICWGs) and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare architectural models and requirement flowdown aligned with MBSE baseline.
