Mathnasium of Brighton is seeking a Lead Math Instructor to guide and mentor K-12 students after school and on weekends, delivering personalized instruction with the Mathnasium Method in-center and online when needed.

The role emphasizes a passion for math, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to learn, with responsibilities balancing leadership and teaching and ongoing curriculum support.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.
• Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
