Job summary

Mathnasium of Mathnasium (ID: 4102801) is seeking a Lead Math Instructor / Tutor to lead, coach, and deliver individualized instruction in a group setting for K-12 students. You will assess progress, communicate updates to parents, and teach in-center or online using the Mathnasium Method.

Ideal candidates show passion for math, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to balance leadership with instructional duties. Training will be provided, and there is a path for advancement.

Qualifications

Passion for math and working with students.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
Willingness to learn and be trained.
Strong math competency through at least Algebra I.
Ability to balance leadership with instructional duties.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and collaborate with team to deliver instruction in a group setting.
Assess students’ progress and engagement during sessions.
Communicate student progress with parents/guardians.
Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™ and materials.
Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
