Job summary
Mathnasium LLC. is seeking a Lead Math Instructor / Tutor to deliver engaging, math-focused instruction in a collaborative setting. You will lead and coach teammates to provide individualized support using the Mathnasium Method.
You will assess students’ progress, communicate results to parents, teach in-center and online, and master the digital materials and processes. This part-time role offers after-school and weekend hours, a supportive culture, ongoing training, and opportunities for
Qualifications
- Passion for math and working with students.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and be trained.
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.
- Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and collaborate with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
- Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
- Communicate student progress with parents and guardians.
- Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices.
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
